Return Process

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached before placing them back in their original compostable packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package off at any authorized postal service location.

  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
